Dylan Nicholson Walter, 25 of Paw Paw, WV, was arrested on a District Court Bench Warrant Violation of Probation on the original charge of Driving Vehicle While Under the Influence of Alcohol Per Se where he received a Probation Before Judgement disposition and 12-months Unsupervised Probation. Walter was released after posting a $500 corporate bond.

Jonathan Ryan Cook, 29 of Secretary, MD, was arrested on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation on the original conviction of: CDS: Possession With Intent To Distribute: Narcotics where Cook received a 10-year sentence with all but 5-years suspended and 3-years Supervised Probation. Cook is currently being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.
Kamal Nayan Shivdev Datta, 48 of Cumberland, was arrested on a Circuit Court Boby-Attachment for Failure to Appear. Datta was released on his own recognizance after appearing in Circuit Court.
Robert Kyle Miller, 52 of Cumberland, was arrested on a District Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation on the original charges including: Assault-2nd Degree and CDS: Possession Paraphernalia. Miller is being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.
