MacKenzie Troy Leahey, 29 of Pittsburgh, PA was arrested and served seven (7) District Court Bench Warrants for Failure to Appear and Failure To Comply. Warrant 1 – FTA – Trespass Private Property Warrant 2 – FTA – Trespass Private Property Warrant 3 – Failure to Comply – Disorderly Conduct / Fail Obey Reasonable Lawful Order Warrant 4 – FTA – Trespass Private Property Warrant 5 – FTA – Disorderly Conduct Warrant 6 – FTA – Disorderly Conduct Warrant 7 – FTA – Disorderly Conduct Leahey was extradited from Front Royal, VA. He is currently being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.
Timothy Bobby Miller Jr, 36 of Cumberland, was served a Circuit Court Grand Jury Indictment. Charges include: 3 counts CDS: Possession-Not Cannabis, 4 counts CDS: Possession With Intent to DistributeNarcotics, 4 counts CDS: Distribution-Narcotics, and 2 counts Fake CDS: Distribution/Possession With Intent to Distribute. He was released and posted an Unsecured Personal Bond in the amount of $10,000.
Klarissa Jean Beeman, 32 of Barton, was arrested on two (2) Warrants. A Circuit Court Grand Jury Indictment for the following charges: 2 counts CDS: Possession-Not Cannabis, 2 counts CDS: Possession With Intent to Distribute: Narcotics, and 2 counts CDS: Distribution-Narcotics. And a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation on the original charge of CDS: Admin Equip Possession/Distribution Beeman received a Probation Before Judgement (PBJ) disposition for a 6-month suspended sentence and 18-months Supervised Probation. Beeman is being held without bond in the Circuit Court Indictment and was given a $5,000 (10%) cash bond.
