Randy Scott Jobson, 45 of Springfield, WV was extradited from Potomac Highland Regional Jail in Augusta, WV and served four (4) District Court Warrants.

Shellie Marie Manning, 52 of Cumberland, was served a Circuit Court Grand Jury Indictment for CDS: Common Nuisance: Distribution Narcotics. Manning is being held without bond pending a bail review in Circuit Court.
Rodney Leon Merica, 30 of Cumberland, was served a District Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation. Merica was originally convicted of Theft-Scheme: $100 To Under $1,500 and received a 6-month jail term with all but 60-days suspended and 18-months supervised probation.
