Dillen Allen Smith, 30 of Flintstone, was arrested and served two (2) District Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation. His original convictions include: Driving Motor Vehicle on Highway Without Required License and Authorization and Theft: Less than $100. Smith was sentenced to a 1-year jail term with 11-months and 28-days suspended and 3-years unsupervised probation in the traffic case and given a probation before judgement disposition in the Theft case with a 30-day suspended sentence and 12-months supervised probation. He was released on a $5,000 unsecured personal bond in the Theft case and released on his own recognizance in the traffic case.

Rodney Leon Merica, 30 of Cumberland, was arrested and served two (2) District Court Warrants.
1. Violation of Probation Bench Warrant
Original Conviction: Fail to Obey Reasonable /Lawful Order
Sentenced: 60-day suspended jail term. 18-months unsupervised probation
2. Arrest Warrant
Charges: Violation of Protective Order, Harassment, Stalking, Disorderly Conduct
Merica is being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center in both cases.
