Stephen Christian Barbour, Sr, 38 of Chestertown, was arrested on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation. His original conviction was for Assault –Sec Degree where he received a 15-day jail tern and 5-years supervised probation. Barbour was transported from the Kent County, Maryland Detention Center where he was later released on an unsecured personal bond.

Christopher Allen Martin, 34 of Corriganville, was served a District Court Arrest Warrant related to the following charges: Home Invasion, Armed Robbery, Firearm Use during Felony Violent Crime, Burglary-1st Degree, 2 counts of Assault-1st Degree, 2 counts of Assault-2nd Degree and Handgun on Person. Martin is currently being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.
Michael Shawn Fear, 49 of Cumberland, was arrested on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply/Violation of Pretrial Release for a Violation of Probation charge. His original conviction was for Resist/Interfere with Arrests where he was sentenced to a 3-year jail term with all but 60-days suspended an 3-years supervised probation. Fear is being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.
