Britton Thomas Garlitz, 27 of Cumberland, was served three (3) Circuit Court warrants for Violation of Probation.
• Warrant #1: original conviction for Burglary-4th Degree-Dwelling where he was sentenced to a 3-year jail term with all but 2-days suspended and 3 years supervised probation.
• Warrant #2: original conviction for Assault-2nd Degree where he was sentenced to 3-year jail term with all but 17-days suspended and 3-years supervised probation.
• Warrant #3: guilty plea entered for Assault-2nd Degree where he is awaiting sentencing.
He is being held at the Allegany County Detention Center in a Hold without Bond status for Warrant #1 and #2. For warrant #3 an Unsecured Personal Bond in the amount of $5,000 was posted on 7/8/24

Lyndon Ime Arthur, 38 of Frostburg, was served a District Court warrant for Failure to Appear on traffic charges. Arthur was released on his own recognizance during his initial appearance. Timothy Craig Claycomb, 48 of Lavale, was served a District Court warrant for Violation of Probation. Claycomb was originally convicted for two counts of Assault-2nd Degree and received suspended consecutive 3-year jail terms with 3-years supervised probation. He was released on a $10,000 unsecured personal bond at his bail review. Hyman Antonio Haskins Jr, 33 of Cumberland, was arrested on a Body Attachment warrant for Failure to Appear for a Child Support hearing. He was released after posting a $100 cash bond.

Timothy Edward Garner, 29 of Lavale, was served a Maryland State Police Arrest Warrant for Assault-2nd Degree. He was released on his own recognizance.
Lazaya Christine Lee, 21 of Cumberland, was served a Circuit Court warrant for Violation of Probation. Lee was originally convicted of Assault-2nd Degree and sentenced to a 5-year jail term with all but 30-days suspended and 3-years Supervised Probation. She was originally in a hold without bond status, but was released on a $2,500 unsecured bond at a bail review on 7/11/24.
Christie Marie Tyndall, 39 of Cumberland, was served a District Court warrant for Violation of Probation. Tyndall was originally convicted of Neglect of Minor and sentenced to a 3-year jail term with all but 45-days suspend and 3-years supervised probation. She was initially held without bond and then released on a $3,000 unsecured personal bond at her bail review.
William Evenn Filer, 28 of Mount Savage, was served a District Court warrant for Failure to Appear for the charge of Driving Motor Vehicle on Highway without Required License and Authorization. He entered a guilty plea and was later sentenced to a 1-year jail term with 11-months and 20-days suspended with 24-months of unsupervised probation.
Davon Montai Thompson, 25 of Elk Ridge was served a District Court bench warrant for Failure to Appear in traffic court for the charge of Knowingly Driving Uninsured Vehicle. Thompson was released after posting a $1,000 Corporate Bond.
