Christopher Jacob Seifarth, 35 of Cumberland, was arrested on a Circuit Court Grand Jury Indictment for Home Invasion, Assault-1st Degree, Assault-2nd Degree, and Reckless Endangerment. Seifarth is being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.
Brent Kevin Myers Jr., 37 of Cumberland, was arrested on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Violation of PreTrial Supervision. His original charges include: Violation of Probation on the conviction of CDS: Possess-Not Cannabis where he was sentenced to a 1-year jail term with all but 30-days suspended and 3-years Supervised Probation. He is being processed through Central Booking pending an initial appearance before a court commissioner.
