Christopher Chase King, 41 of Cumberland, was arrested on a District Court warrant for Resist/Interfere With Arrest and Obstructing and Hindering. He was released on a $5,000 Unsecured Personal Bond.
Joshua Michael Clark Sr., 29 of Cumberland, was served two (2) District Court Bench Warrants for Violation of Probation. In one case he was convicted of Violating a Protective Order and was sentenced to 90-days in jail with all but 4-days suspended and 18-months supervised probation and in the other case he was convicted of Theft: $100 To Under $1,500 and Violating a Protective Order and was sentenced respectively to 6-months with all but 31-days suspended and 90-days suspended along with 18-months supervised probation. He is being held without bond at this time.
Daniel Llewellyn Edwards, 53 of Cumberland, was served a District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for the charge of Unlawful Taking of Motor Vehicle. He was released from Central Booking pending his trial date in September.
Dillen Allen Smith, 30 of Flintstone, was arrested on a District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for a Violation of Probation charge. He was originally charge is Theft Less Than $100 and Smith received a 30-day suspended sentence and 12-months supervised probation. He is being held without bond at this time pending a bail review.
Randy Wayne Miller, 35 of Flintstone, was arrested on a District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply with Release Conditions for the original charges of Trespass: Private Property and Burglary-4th Degree-Dwelling. Miller is being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.
