Warrant Arrests – August 12

Sarah Elizabeth Scott, 26 of Cumberland, was served a Frederick County District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for a Preliminary Inquiry Hearing on 3/7/24 for the charge of Knowingly Driving Uninsured Vehicle, Displaying Expired Registration Plates Issued By Any State, and Person Driving Motor Vehicle on Highway or Public Use Property on Suspended Out-of-State License. Scott was released on her own recognizance.

Victoria Ann Wollard, 40 of Cumberland formerly of Westminster, was served a Circuit Court warrant for Violation of Probation. Wollard was originally convicted of Conspiracy-CDS: Possession with intent to Distribute: Narcotics and received a 5-year suspended jail sentence with 3-years Supervised Probation. Wollard is being held without bond pending a bail review in Circuit Court.

Jessica Hope Weisenmiller, 19 of Frostburg, was served a District Court warrant for Violation of Probation for 2nd degree assault. Weisenmiller was released on a $500 bond.

William Kyle Wolfington, 27 of Frostburg, was served a Frostburg City warrant for numerous charges to include 2 counts of felony Assault-1st Degree, Assault-2nd Degree, 2 counts of Reckless Endangerment, Resist/Interfere with Arrest, Disorderly Conduct, Disturb Peace Hinder Passage, Disturb Peace – Loud Noise, and 2 counts of Attempted-Assault-2nd Degree-Law Enforcement/Parole & Probation/Fire/EMS. Wolfington is being held without bond pending a bail review in District Court.

Michael Scott Hymes, 41 of Cumberland, was arrested on four Circuit Court warrants out of Hagerstown, MD for Failure To Appear. Additional charges were filed against Hymes based on his conduct with the Warrant Unit which included Resisting Arrest and giving a false name to law enforcement to avoid prosecution. Hymes was released to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office.

Edgar David Johnson, 47 of Cumberland formerly of Corriganville, was served a Circuit Court warrant for Violation of Pre-Trial Release with a pending Violation of Probation charge. Johnson was originally convicted of Assault-Second Degree and sentenced to a 3-years jail term with all but 80-days suspended and 3-years Supervised Probation. He is currently being held without bond pending a bail review in Circuit Court.
