Christopher Thomas Carr, 47 of Rawlings, was served a District Court Bench Warrant Failure to Comply with pretrial release conditions stemming from a failure to appear for a Violation of Probation hearing. Carr was originally convicted of Theft: $100 to Under $1,500 in February 2024 and received a 60-day suspended jail term and 12-months supervised probation. He is currently being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center pending a bail review in District Court.
