Warrant Arrests June 25

Rachael Nicole Dolly, 35 of Cresaptown, was arrested and charged as a Fugitive of Justice for a warrant out of Mineral County, WV for Driving on a Suspended License, Traffic-Striking Fixtures on Highway, Possession of CDS without a Valid Prescription, and Driving Uninsured. She is being held without bond pending extradition.

Mary Virginia Welch, 32 of Frostburg, was arrested on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply. Welch was convicted of Burglary-4th Degree-Dwelling and Assault-Second Degree and received an 18-month consecutive jail term with 3-years Supervised Probation and ordered to pay $200 Restitution. She was released on a $5,000 Unsecured Personal Bond.

Crystal Darlene Strother, 47 of Lonaconing, was arrested on a District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for the original charge: Failure to Send Child to School. Strother was released on her own recognizance.

Isaac Frances Valcarcel, 25 of York, PA was arrested and charged as a Fugitive of Justice for a warrant out of Adams County, PA for Driving while Suspended. He is being held without bond pending extradition to Pennsylvania.

Christopher Thomas Carr, was arrested on a District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for a Contempt Hearing. He was originally convicted of Theft: $100 to Under $1,500 and received a 60-day suspended jail term with 12-months supervised probation. Carr was released on a $1,000 percentage bond with 10% posted.

Zachary Patrick Stewart, 36 of Cumberland, was extradited from Winchester, VA and served a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation. Stewart’s original conviction was for Trespass-Posted Property where he received a 90-day suspended sentence and 2-years supervised probation. He is being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.

Gary William Duckworth, 46 of Westernport, was extradited from Augusta, WV and served two (2) District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear. Warrant 1 charges include: Attempted-Burglary-4th Degree-Dwelling and Disorderly Conduct. Warrant 2 charges include: three counts of Theft: $100 to under $1,500 and Regulated Firearm: Stolen/Sell. Duckworth was released after posting a $10,000 Unsecured Personal Bond in each case.

Taylar Avery Lee Lapinski, 31 of Cumberland, was extradited from Augusta, WV and served a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation – Failure to Comply. Lapinski’s original conviction is for: Conspiracy-CDS: Possess With Intent to Distribute: Narcotics where she was sentenced to 3-years supervised probation. Lapinski was released on her own recognizance.
