On July 27, 2024, the Cumberland Police Department served an Arrest Warrant on Christopher Lewis Tilson. The warrant was issued by the Allegany County Circuit Court via a Grand Jury Indictment for CDS possession. Tilson was taken before a District Court Commissioner for an initial appearance where he was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center and held without bond.
Arrest: Christopher Lewis Tilson, age 24, Cumberland, Maryland.
Charge: CDS Possession.
On July 27th, 2024, the Cumberland Police Department served an Arrest Warrant on Michael Anthony Cullum. The arrest warrant stemmed from a theft complaint that was taken on July 18, 2024. An investigation was conducted into a theft of jewelry that occurred in the 100 Block of West Second Street. Through the investigation, it was determined that Cullum entered the residence, removed several pieces of jewelry, and then pawned the jewelry at a local business. A warrant was issued by the Allegany County District Court for two counts of Theft less than $1,500. Cullum was placed under arrest and taken before a District Court Commissioner for an initial appearance where he was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center on a $1,500 bond.
Arrest: Michael Anthony Cullum, age 35, Cumberland, Maryland.
Charge: Theft less than $1,500.
Criminal Summons Served
On July 28, 2024, Officers of the Cumberland Police Department served a Criminal Summons on Lamont Gross. The original incident occurred on July 18, 2024 when Mr. Gross was arrested on four active warrants. During the search incident to arrest, Officers located suspected Suboxone.
Arrest: Lamont Gross, 50 years old, no fixed address
Charges: CDS not Marihuana
