Even the Governor of Maryland is encouraging residents to vote for Allegany County in the USA Today 10Best poll.
The Governor posted on his social media outlets Wednesday that the county has been nominated in the category of “Best Places To Visit for Fall” and encouraged Marylanders to go vote for the travel award.
Last year, Allegany County finished number two in the contest as one of the best places in the United States to visit during Fall. Voting runs through September 9th at 10best.usatoday.com
