The Army Reserve is providing free exams and rabies shots for dogs and cats at the Allegany County Fairgrounds today. The services were moved to the fairgrounds from the original location of the Allegany County Animal Shelter due to expected high heat indexes. Reservists will do exams and provide rabies vaccinations.
