Maryland U.S. Senator Chris Van Hollen is warning that cuts to NASA may put the United States behind other countries in space exploration.  The Trump Administration is looking at cuts to the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center in Prince Georges County that could affect scientific research as well as make major staffing reductions.
