It was not a completely smooth rollout this week for COVID-19 vaccination clinics at UPMC Western Maryland but by the end of Friday 1,000 doses will have been administered. UPMC Western Maryland President Michelle Martz dicussed the process on WCBC's "Dave Norman Show” Thursday morning.
