Pennsylvania State Police have released the name of the driver in the tractor trailer crash that occurred early Wednesday morning near Wellersburg.
Mgdi Almansoob, 20 years old of Detroit, Michigan, was traveling south on Cumberland Highway, Route 160, at an unsafe speed when the trailer he was driving crossed the road, striking a guide rail, utility pole and a series of trees before overturning.
The driver sustained serious injuries and was transported by EMS to UPMC Western Maryland.
