UMBC Poll Still Backing Moore, Unsure of Economy

A new poll from the UMBC Institute of Politics shows that Maryland residents are still in the mind that Governor Wes Moore is doing a good job, with 54%giving him a positive approval rating. The rating shows high marks among independent voters at 47%.  On the subject of the economy, only 32% say it is excellent or good.  89% of people polled were very concerned about the rising price of food while 81% saw the cost of housing as a concern.  There was also a 70-percent plus poll result on concern about gas and energy pricing.
