On Sunday, April 30, 2023 at approximately 5:49 PM, officers of the Cumberland Police Department were patrolling the first block of Bedford Street when they observed a physical fight in progress.  Officers witnessed two males striking the victim with closed fists.  Police intervened and separated those involved.  The victim had sustained minor injuries.  Officers identified the two male suspects as Bradley Brugnoli and Leo Rhodes. After further investigation, Brugnoli and Rhodes were placed under arrest.  They were later transported to Central Booking.  Brugnoli and Rhodes were seen by a District Court Commissioner and released on their personal recognizance.
