On Friday, January 17, 2025 at approximately 5:00 PM, officers of the Cumberland Police Department responded to a facility in the 100 block of Washington Street for a trespassing complaint.  When police arrived, they contacted an employee who advised that she observed an unknown male subject inside the building.  The suspect then fled the property. Officers located the suspect on Beall Street and identified him as Samuel Goetz. He was arrested and issued a criminal citation.  Goetz was then released pending trial.
