On Thursday, September 5, 2024, the Cumberland Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of Baltimore Avenue. During the traffic stop, it was learned the operator, Trenten Shoemaker, had an extraditable warrant out of Kentucky. The Whitley County Circuit Court issued the Warrant for sexual exploitation of a minor. Shoemaker was arrested and taken to the Allegany County Detention Center where he awaits extradition.
Arrest: Trenten Shoemaker, age 27, Hyndman, Pennsylvania.
