West Virginia First Lady Cathy Justice continued her work with Friends with Paws – presenting Berkeley Springs High School with therapy dog Skye.  Friends with Paws places certified therapy dogs in schools across the state to provide comfort for students in need of a boost.  Skye is the seventeenth dog placed in schools through the program.
