The City of Cumberland Department of Community Development will return to the Lower Level of City Hall at 57 N. Liberty Street beginning January 31, 2025. All phone numbers will remain the same and connected. The City of Cumberland Community Development Block Grant program, with Senior Community Development Specialist Lee Borror, will also return to City Hall at this time.

The Historic Preservation Planner, Ruth Davis-Rogers, and Downtown Development Commission Director, Melinda Kelleher, have also returned to the Lower Level in City Hall at 57 N. Liberty Street. The Parks & Recreation Department, and Director Ryan Mackey, will remain at Constitution Park at the Craft House.
