The Cumberland Times News reports a Pennsylvania man who allegedly robbed two Garrett County banks on Thursday before eluding police in Somerset County, Pennsylvania, is now being sought for bank robberies that occurred Friday and Nov. 24 in Belmont County, Ohio, according to Bridgeport Police Chief John Bumba. The warrants are being obtained for the suspect identified as 57-year-old Charles Gibson Jr. of Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, who allegedly robbed the First United Bank in Friendsville and the M&T Bank branch in Grantsville about an hour apart the morning of Dec. 13. It was on Friday afternoon when a suspect — later identified as Gibson — reportedly robbed the Huntington Bank in St. Clairsville. Gibson remains at large No injuries were reported in the four bank robberies.
