The Allegany County Local Health Improvement Coalition has developed a survey to hear what county residents feel are the health needs of communities in the area. The coalition has developed a short online assessment where residents can answer questions anonymously that will help to improve public health in Allegany County. Those who fill out the assessment will be entered to win a $100 gift card for their efforts. The survey can be found at alleganyspeaks.com.
