On Saturday, December 11, 2021 the Cumberland Police Department served a criminal summons on Ashley Michelle Flynn.  The summons charged Flynn with failing to send her child to school.  Flynn was released pending trial at the District Court of Allegany County.

ARRESTED:  Ashley Michelle Flynn    AGE: 37         Cumberland, MD

CHARGES:  School: Fail to Send Child
