Rubin Stevenson, senior associate athletics director at Frostburg State University, has been selected for the 2024 University System of Maryland Board of Regents Staff Award. The award is based on impact in their department, school, or community and the quality of work within their institution. Stevenson has been with FSU for 32 years and has advised more than 1,000 first-semester students, ensuring their seamless integration into the FSU community.
