West Virginia Governor Jim Justice visited Coopers Rock outside of Morgantown to see progress on new stargazing cabins opening this fall. The new cabins are part of $15 million dollars in improvements at Cooper’s Rock including a new 25-site RV campground and major water and waste treatment improvements.
