On Monday, May 27th, 2024, the Cumberland City Police responded to the area of Jane Frazier Village on Sommerville Ave for the report of a disturbance. Once on scene, Officers located multiple people involved in a verbal disturbance. Officers were able to separate the individuals and numerous subjects were advised to leave the premises after they were found not to be residents. One subject continued to be argumentative and was observed returning to the property. As a result, Victoria Marie Taylor, 18, of Cumberland MD, was placed under arrest and issued a criminal citation for trespassing. At this time, Taylor was also served with a Criminal Summons for an incident that occurred on May 18th in the area of Valley St. During that incident, it is alleged that the unlicensed Taylor was operating an unregistered motorcycle in the area. She was served the summons and released, pending trial in District Court.
Arrested: Victoria Marie Taylor Age: 18
Charges: Trespassing, Disorderly Conduct, Operating Unregistered M/V, Driving Uninsured M/V, Driving w/o a License.
