Sierra Hygiene Products, a subsidiary of Webstaurant, is looking to expand production again in Frostburg.  The company specializes in commercial paper products and already has over 100,000 square feet of property in the Frostburg Business Park.  The company is now in preliminary negotiations with Allegany County to purchase another 8-plus acre lot adjoining the facility they already own, making this the third expansion for the company.  County Economic Development Director Jeff Barclay gave the commissioners information about the company’s desire to expand and produce other products, which would mean more employment and investment in the county…
