UPDATED – Sheriff’s Office Search for Most Wanted Successful

UPDATE – Allegany County Sheriff's office reports that Adam Lee Shipway is now in custody.

Adam Lee Shipway was wanted by the Allegany County Sheriff's Office on two (2) warrants. One is for Violation of Probation and the other for Failure to Appear for a Violation of Probation hearing.

Shipway's underlying convictions include: Escape – 2nd Degree where he received an 18-month jail term with all but 98-days suspended along with 3-years supervised probation; and CDS: Possession-Not Cannabis where he was sentenced to a 71-day jail term with 18-months supervised probation.
