Sheriff’s Office Arrest Report

Blair Christian Rattenni, 37 of Cumberland was arrested on a District Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation. His original disposition was 12 months Unsupervised Probation Before Judgement for Driving Motor Vehicle on Highway or Pubic Use Property on Suspended License and Privilege. He was released on a $500 Unsecured Personal Bond. During the arrest, Rattenni threw a cigarette pack on the ground. Inside the cigarette pack contained CDS suspected to be methamphetamine and fentanyl. He was then charged additionally with two counts of CDS Possession-Not Cannabis and Removing the Label from Prescription. He was released on a $1,500 Unsecured Personal Bond in this matter.

Courtney Renee Winner, 28 of Cumberland, was arrested on a District Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Pretrial Release – Failure to Comply. Her original charges include CDS: Possession With Intent to Distribute: Narcotics, four counts of CDS: Possession-Not Cannabis, and Obstructing & Hindering. Winner is being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.

Lillian Amzy Wagner, 32 of Wellersburg, PA was arrested on a District Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation. Her original conviction was for Assault-Second Degree where she received a 1-year jail term with all but 90-days suspended along with 18-months Supervised Probation. Wagner is being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.
Oliver Dalton McIntyre, 32 of Cumberland, was served three (3) District Court Bench Warrants for Violation of Probation.
1. His original conviction was for Malicious Destruction of Property Value $1,000+ and CDS Administration Equipment Possession/Distribution where he received a 1-year suspended jail term and 2 years Supervised Probation for each charge.
2. Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol Per Se where he received a 1-year jail term with 11-months suspended and 2-years Supervised Probation.
3. Failure of Vehicle Driver to Locate and Notify Owner of Unattended (Vehicle/Property) Of Damage where he was given a 60-day suspended sentence with 2-years supervised probation.
He was released o a $1,000 Unsecured Personal Bond for each case.
