Anthony Michael McCullough, 55 of Lavale, was served an MSP District Court Arrest Warrant for Stalking. McCullough was released from Central Booking on a $15,000 Unsecured Personal Bond (UPB).
Eric Lynn Clark Jr., 33 of Oldtown, was arrested on a District Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Protective Order. Clark is being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.
Bruce Allen Williams, 27 of Cumberland, was arrested on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Pretrial Release – Failure to Comply on a Violation of Probation charge. Williams was originally convicted of Regulated Firearm: Illegal Possession and sentenced to a 3-year jail term with all but 8-months suspended along with 3-years Supervised Probation. Williams is being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.
Donna Mae Easton-Blair, 54 of Cumberland, was served a Circuit Court Grand Jury Indictment for CDS: Possession-Not Cannabis, CDS: Possession With Intent to Distribute: Narcotics, and CDS: Distribution-Narcotics. Blair is being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.
Shyanna Blaire Wigfield, 24 of Cumberland, was served three (3) District Court Bench Warrants for Violations of Condition of Release.
1) Wigfield was ordinally convicted of Theft Less than $100 and received a 12-month unsupervised Probation Before Judgment (PBJ) disposition.
2) Failure to Comply with conditional release to in-patient residential treatment and was charged with Escape-Second Degree.
3) Failure to Comply with conditions of release facing the following charges: Trespass: Posted Property, CDS: Possess-Not Cannabis, CDS: Possess-Not Cannabis, CDS: Possession Paraphernalia, and CDS Admin Equipment Possession/Distribution.
Wigfield is being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center pending a bail review in District Court.
