Retired pastor Chan Hubbard and his Gospel music singing group Servant’s Heart, will be performing at LaVale Baptist Church Saturday night at 7 pm as a fundraiser for hurricane victims. Event spokesperson, Dan Bible told WCBC though the event is free, a collection will be taken up that will be sent to Franklin Graham’s Samarian’s Purse who is currently active in helping hurricane victims…
“A lot of people still have questions, you know, how can I participate. This is an easy way. Come to the concert, enjoy it, or just stop by at LaVale Baptist Church Saturday evening at 7 o’clock if you wanna just drop off a contribution. We’ll make sure it gets to Samaritan’s purse for you. This is a way that the community can pull together.”
