“Most of the time, bullies like to do what they do in secret. Even though they may have 5 or 10 kids around them, they don’t want teachers to know that they’re doing what they’re doing.
Fout suggested that potential victims carry the Byrna Banshee, which Dave Norman tested live in the studio and includes sound and strobing light…

“You don’t want to alarm a whole bunch of children with the idea that there could be, for example a shooter. Or something else that you don’t want in there. So, I think it would warrant an investigation and maybe Mr. Rumgay could look at it.”
