Jake Day, Secretary of Housing and Community Development will be in Cumberland and Frostburg today for walking tours of both towns. Day will visit the revitalized downtown Cumberland area, the McMullen Building and other sites helped by DHCD Project Restore. In Frostburg, Day will check in with recipients of facade and building improvement grant funding.
