Comments by outgoing Allegany County School Board member Deb Frank suggesting that some candidates for the board are using scare tactics as part of their campaign- has drawn some reaction. Frank, during Tuesday’s public board meeting, said that although issues such as critical race theory and gender indentification are not a concern locally- they are being used as focal points by some of the candidates. Board vice president Robert Farrell is a candidate for re-election and he told WCBC’s “Dave Norman Show” that he believes Frank may have been referring to him. He disagrees with Frank’s assertion that these are not issues of concern for the local system…
