It’s been almost ten years since the city of Cumberland began buying up properties at Rolling Mill but it finally looks as though a business enterprise is coming soon. The Cumberland Times-News reports that Royal Farms will move into a 1.5 acre site just off I 68. CEDC Director Matt Miller said there is a signed agreement in place. Royal Farms is based in Baltimore and operates over 200 convenience stores in the East.
