On August 10, 2024, the Cumberland Police Department responded to the 300 block of Dorn Avenue for a suspicious male tampering with motor vehicles. An officer made contact with the victim and several witnesses who advised of a male attempting to gain access into multiple vehicles. The male was located inside the victim’s vehicle and was identified as Joshua Michael D’Atri. The victim advised he did not have permission to be in the vehicle. Joshua was subsequently placed under arrest and transported to central booking. He was later seen by a District Court Commissioner and was released on a $2,500.00 unsecured personal bond.
