On 09/14/2020 the Cumberland City Police Department served an arrest warrant on Kendra Catherine Brill.

On 04/15/2020 the Cumberland City Police responded to George Street for a theft complaint. The officer learned the victim had electronics stolen from their vehicle. The victim was able to use tracking software on the electronics and learned they were in a residence in Ridgeley, WV.

With the assistance of the Mineral County Sheriff’s Office, Ms. Brill was developed as a suspect and subsequently charged. Ms. Brill was taken before a District Court Commissioner and released on her personal recognizance.

Charge – Theft $100.00 – $1,500.00
