The Ride Into History Raffle initiative was launched as an opportunity for members of the community to be a part of history while simultaneously helping out our downtown business community.
Raffle participants contributed by purchasing a chance to be one of the first vehicles to legally drive on the new Baltimore Street as an effort to raise funds for new outdoor street furnishings for our downtown restaurants. In total, the initiative raised $1,970 which the CEDC pledges to match bringing a grand total to $3,940. The names of the winners were randomly selected and the winners, in order, are as follows:

5. Sunhe Price
6. Lisa Olinger
7. Denise Cornwell
8. Jeremiah Mudge
9. Carolyn Mathews
10. Destinee Frankenberry
Each winner will be contacted individually on Friday, 11/8 to confirm their availability to participate. In the instance where one of the selected individuals are unable to participate, a new name will be randomly selected to backfill the list.
The raffle winners are scheduled to drive down the street next Wednesday, November 13th at 9:00am. We would like to invite all members of the community to join us in cheering on this momentous occasion.
