A new way to help prospective businesses find a location in the Cumberland area is being used by the Cumberland Economic Development Corporation. Resimplifi, a company that gathers information on all properties for rent, lease, or sale is working with the CEDC on mapping the area’s available empty real estate.  Through a link on ChooseCumberland.org, interested parties will be able to see what kind of business space is available in the area without going through multiple searches.  Matt Miller CEDC Director, said bringing all of that information together will save time…

   

“You get a phone call and the first thing that people ask are what space is available. And it can be anything from a 500 square foot retail space to a 25,000 square foot warehouse or 50,000 square foot or what have you. And we’re going to capture all of that.”
