Maryland Democrat Steny Hoyer is recovering from what is being called a mild stroke. The Congressman is expected to return to his duties on Capital Hill sometime next week. The stroke occurred Sunday evening and Hoyer, who is 85, sought medical treatment. The House is in its August recess until next week.
