Recent Warrant Arrests

Michael Eugene Delilo, 48 of Rawlings, was served two (2) District Court Bench warrants for Failure to Appear (FTA) for Violating Protective Orders. Delilo was released on his own recognizance from Central Booking.

Austin Damon Thornton, 29 of Cumberland, was served a District Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation (VOP). His original conviction was for Driving Motor Vehicle on Highway Without Required License and Authorization where he was sentenced to a suspended 60-day jail term with 12-months of Unsupervised Probation. He was held on a $500 bond and was later released on his own recognizance after a judicial bail review.

Johnathin Finley Woodward, 29 of Frostburg, was served two (2) Circuit Bench Warrants for Violation of Probation (VOP) and Violation of Pre-Trial Release. His original conviction was for Assault-Second Degree where he received a 5-year jail term with all but 30-days suspended along with 4-years Supervised Probation and restitution. Woodward is currently being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.

Michaela Gilardi, 26 of Frostburg, was served a District Court Arrest Warrant for Failure to Comply with a Peace Order, Harassment; A Course of Conduct, and Electronic Communication Harassment. Gilardi was released on her own recognizance.

Jolene Carrie Fischer, 38 of Springfield, WV was extradited from the Potomac Highland Regional Jail in Augusta, WV on two (2) District Court warrants for Failure to Appear for the charges of CDS: Possession-Not Cannabis. She was released on her own recognizance from Central Booking.

Belen Marie Santiago Waybright, 39 of Cumberland was extradited from the Potomac Highland Regional Jail in Augusta, WV on three (3) warrants.
1. Violation of Probation – Conviction: CDS: Possession Paraphernalia – Sentence: 2-year suspended jail term with 36-months supervised probation.
2. Violation of Probation – Conviction: CDS Administration Equipment Possession/Distribution – Sentence: 18-month jail term with all but 315 days suspended with 18-months supervised probation.
3. Arrest – Charges: Robbery (felony), Assault-Second Degree, and Theft: $100 to Under $1,500.
Waybright is being held without bond.
