The Allegany County Sheriff’s Office and Maryland State Police – Barrack C have combined resources to target open and active warrants. As a result, the following individuals have been apprehended.
Wednesday, November 29, 2023 Jared Nathaniel Citarelli, 35 of Westernport, was served a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation. His original conviction was for CDS: Possess-Not Marijuana where he received a 1-year suspended sentence with 3-years supervised probation. He is currently being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.
Friday, December 1, 2023 Travell Teon Awkward, 29 of Cumberland, was served a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Pre-Trial Release. His original charges include: CDS: Possess-Not Cannabis, Felony CDS: Distribution-Narcotics, and Felony CDS: Possession with intent to Distribute: Narcotics. He was released on a $10,000 Unsecured Personal Bond.
Tuesday, December 5, 2023 Jessica Maureen Geisler, 35 of Baltimore, was transported from Baltimore City Central Booking after being served a Grand Jury Indictment for Conspiracy-CDS: Possession-Not Marijuana, CDS: Possess-Not Marijuana, Felony CDS: Possession with intent to Distribute: Narcotics, and ConspiracyCDS Distribution-Narcotics. She is being held without bond pending a bail review in Circuit Court.

Cassyopia Sestarr Schell, 28 of Cumberland, was arrested on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Pre-Trial Release. Her original charges include: Rape Second Degree, Sex Offense Third Degree, Perverted Practice, and Sex Abuse Minor: House/Family. She is being held without bond pending a hearing in Circuit Court.
William Moye III, 39 of Cumberland, was served a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Pre-Trial Release. His original charges include: Assault 1st Degree, Assault 2nd Degree, and Malicious Destruction of Property Valued over $1,000. He is being held without bond pending a hearing in Circuit Court.
