On Monday, February 3rd, 2025, an officer with the Cumberland Police Department observed a subject in the area of Queen City Drive walking the CSX tracks. The subject was stopped and identified as James William Roy, 41, of Cumberland MD. Roy was then issued a Criminal Citation for trespassing on CSX property and released, pending trial in District Court.
