On Monday, March 3rd, 2025, an officer with the Cumberland Police Department observed a male subject in the area of Queen City Dr. throwing garbage on the ground. Officers then made contact with the subject, Javas Chayton Bohrer, 23, of Cumberland MD. During their contact, Bohrer was also found to be in possession of suspected CDS paraphernalia. As a result, Bohrer was issued two Criminal Citations and released from the scene, pending trial in District Court.
