Maryland drivers are paying at least three cents less than one week ago, as pump prices continue to drop locally and nationally. In the new weekly report from the Energy Information Administration (EIA), gas demand decreased, helping pump prices decrease. With demand remaining low, American drivers should expect pump prices to continue declining.
The gas price average in Maryland today is $2.22, down respectively three cents from last week, three cents in the last month, and 28 cents from this date last year.
Today’s national gas price average is $2.11, down respectively three cents in the last week, seven cents from last month, and 51 cents from this time last year.
