Poll Finds Parrott, Delaney Too Close To Call

August 22nd, 2024 by WCBC Radio

Public Opinion Strategies recently conducted 400 interviews among likely voters in the Maryland Congressional 6th District where Republican Neil Parrott is facing off against Democrat April McClain-Delaney for the seat being vacated by David Trone.

Of those polled, nearly two-thirds say the country is on the wrong track.

President Biden received a 65% disapproval score.  For the congressional race, pollsters say the race is tight with Delaney having 42% of the vote to Parrott’s 40%.  Other candidates received 4% and 13 % are undecided about the November election.
