On July 19, 2023 officers of the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant for CDS possession of paraphernalia. Prior to transporting Brown, Officers located suspected CDS on Brown person during a search incident to arrest. Brown was issued a criminal citation for possession not cannabis. Brown was transported to the Allegany County Detention Center and held on a pre set bond of $500.00. Brown was also served with a criminal summons stemming from an assault and theft investigation. The original incident occurred on July 8, 2023 in the area of Park Street. Officers were dispatched to the area for a report of an assault that just occurred. The victim stated that they were assaulted by the suspect, Tyrelle Brown. The victim told Officers that Brown forcibly attempted to remove personal items from their person.
Arrest: Tyrelle Dante Brown , age 26, Cumberland Maryland.
Charges: FTA, Assault 2nd degree, Attempt theft less than $100.00. Possession not Cannabis.

On Monday, May 9, 2022, the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Rachael Nicole Dolly. The warrant was issued as a result of Dolly violating the conditions of her probation. She was originally charged with Burglary-3rd Degree, Burglary-4th Degree, and Violation of Protective Order. Dolly was arrested and transported to Central Booking. Dolly was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center, held without bond.
